With a £5.3 million state-of-the-art space to work, grow and connect, Fareham Innovation Centre offers a purpose-built space to base your new or growing business. We have a strong connection with Fareham College’s Centre of Excellence in Engineering, Manufacturing and Advanced Skills Training (CEMAST), with CEMAST apprentices working within the Centre.

Stephen Brownlie
Centre Director
Stephen has worked in the serviced office industry since August 2005 and is very familiar with our South Coast location. He has formed good contacts and relationships within both the Private and Public Sector that can provide support and advice to both start up and established businesses.

Daniel Belton
Innovation Director
Daniel joins Oxford Innovation from Boat Group where he held the position of Vice President and General Manager of the International business. In this role he turned a loss-making division into a valuable asset by acquiring four European competitors and accelerating organic growth.

Hannah Bourne
Assistant Centre Manager
Hannah is responsible for the daily operations and for ensuring the centre is running smoothly, so our clients are able to concentrate on running their own business. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going out for walks with her dog.

Paris Stone
Customer Experience Assistant
Paris has a background from previous roles of administration and customer service experience. When Paris is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also passionate about everything 1960s and vintage clothing.

Hollie Englefield
Customer Experience Assistant
Hollie has come from an admin and recruitment background, also working within the retail sector.
She has 2 small children which keep her busy but loves going out for dinner, seeing friends, and relaxing at a spa.

Amielia Adlington
Customer Experience Assistant
Amielia recently graduated from Brighton who specialised in event management and social media. During Amielia’s studies she worked for a record label as a social media manager, where she gained integral customer service experience. Previous roles have allowed her to also gain knowledge within administration, Amielia is very excited to be joining our team where she can showcase these skills and incorporate her social media expertise. When Amielia is not at work, she enjoys going to music gigs, travelling to new countries and touring the world through food.

Sophie Cotton
Customer Experience Assistant
Sophie is a bright individual who is passionate and full of life. She loves to travel and has recently returned home from traveling Australia for the last 3 years. Also, some of her hobbies are running, going to festivals and kickboxing. Sophie has a 14-year-old border collie which she loves walking in her spare time.

They benefit from all sorts of support provided by us, from 1-2-1 mentoring, workshops, conferences, powerful networking groups, and much more. With links to the universities in the local area, this ecosystem is second to none.
