Celebrating 10 Years of Innovation
Established in 2015, Fareham Innovation Centre was built to serve as a dynamic hub for engineering, marine, and aerospace industries across Hampshire in its Enterprise Zone. It has supported hundreds of start-ups and SMEs and has created over 1000 jobs for the local communities.
2018 saw the Phase 2 extension, making a total of 55 offices, 20 workshops, 4 meeting rooms and a 2089sqft conference room The Bridge. This brought more space for local SME’s as well as a more diverse range of meetings and conference spaces. Accommodating up to 120 guests, The Bridge has become one of the most popular spaces with a terrace that looks out to the rapidly evolving Solent Airport, making it a prime venue for networking, training, and strategic gatherings.
Originally comprising of 22 offices, 15 industrial workshops and 3 meeting rooms, the centre had reached full capacity only after 11 months of opening.
