We have 20 workshops ranging from 312 to 1,119 sq. ft with external loading access to the car park - perfect for light manufacturing and engineering companies interested in product development, small scale manufacturing, research and testing. Workshop customers benefit from all the facilities and services available at Fareham IC.

Standard workshops

Our standard workshop units are perfect for any company looking to carry out product development, light manufacturing or research in a working space under 1000 sq. ft. All workshops are fitted with industrial flooring, heating and ventilation, and are COVID-19 secure. All customers also benefit from security, high-speed broadband and 24-hour access.
